Location and opening hours

The second edition of PhillGood takes place on 16, 17 and 18 July 2027 at the Rowing Canal, Plovdiv - the same venue as the first one. The GPS location of the main entrance is in Google Maps.
The 2027 site map will be published here before the festival. For reference: in 2026 the site had three stages, a food court, a merch zone, medical points and a storage zone for personal belongings.
Door and set times will be announced together with the full schedule. For reference: in 2026 doors opened at 17:30, first shows started at 18:00 and each day ended around 01:45. See the schedule by day. Opening hours may be updated - keep an eye on your e-mail and our socials.
The headliners are Robbie Williams - Friday, 16 July, The Chemical Brothers - Saturday, 17 July, and Limp Bizkit - Sunday, 18 July, all three on the Main Stage. The rest of the line-up are announced step by step. Schedule by day.
You can enter at any time after doors open, but we recommend coming as early as possible. Most visitors arrive in the hours before the headliner - come earlier and you will get through the gate much faster.
Tickets do not include a parking space, so we recommend public transport:
  • City buses 10, 15, 17, 22, 37, 44 pass near the festival zone
  • Taxi - there is a marked drop-off and pick-up point near the entrance
  • Shuttles for 2027 will be announced separately
GPS location of the entrance: here

Tickets

Tickets are sold through Ticket Station and go on sale in stages:
  • Friday, 11 September, 10:00 - presale for all Mastercard cardholders
  • Saturday and Sunday, 12-13 September - presale for Fest Club members, Fest Club App only
  • Monday, 14 September, 10:00 - general sale, if tickets remain
Buy only from ticketstation.bg or via the secure resale platform TicketSwap. Tickets from other sources may be invalid.
Prices go up in stages - when one tier sells out, the next one kicks in:
  • 3-day ticket (Full Pass) - 199 EUR now; next tiers 240 EUR and 299 EUR (last chance)
  • 1-day ticket - 99 EUR now; next tier 120 EUR
  • Camping zone - from 66 EUR for all three days
  • Caravan park - from 88 EUR for all three days, per vehicle
Camping and caravan tickets require a separate 3-day festival ticket. When VIP/Backstage or other zones are announced, you will be able to upgrade your ticket.
Special rules apply for PhillGood 2027: tickets are issued with a delay. You will receive your ticket (with QR code) no earlier than 14 days before the event date. This is not a system error - it is done to limit abuse by ticket scalpers.
  • After a successful payment you receive only a receipt at the e-mail used for the purchase. During high demand the receipt may take up to 72 hours - please be patient.
  • The ticket is visible in your Ticket Station profile, but without a QR code until it is issued.
  • If you have not received a receipt after 72 hours, write to info@ticketstation.bg.
Thank you! The Phillgooders’ promo tickets sold out before the first artist was even announced. If you have one:
  • it grants access to all days of PhillGood 2027, excluding VIP and other dedicated zones
  • once the dates and headline artists are announced, you have 30 days to return it if you cannot attend
  • when VIP/Backstage or other zones are announced, you will be able to upgrade it
Fest Club is Fest Team's programme for its most loyal fans. The members' presale on Saturday and Sunday is available only through the Fest Club App and will not be public on Ticket Station. More about Fest Club
When your ticket is scanned on arrival you receive a festival wristband. Your ticket is then deactivated and cannot be used again - the wristband is the only way to re-enter the event.
  • The wristband must stay on your wrist until you finally leave the festival zone on the last day of your visit.
  • Do not remove, unclip, cut or tape the wristband. Wristband condition is strictly checked by gate staff and security.
Children up to 10 years old inclusive (under 11) enter without a ticket, always with an adult companion. If the companion is NOT a parent, a Companion Declaration must be filled in (see also the “Documents” section at the bottom).

Free access for children does NOT apply to VIP and other dedicated zones - there everyone needs a ticket, regardless of age.
According to the organiser Fest Team's Terms and Conditions, which you accept at purchase, tickets are non-refundable. You can, however, resell it safely: via the “Sell your ticket” button in your Ticket Station profile or on the secure resale platform TicketSwap. Exception: Phillgooders’ promo tickets within the 30-day window after the dates and headline artists are announced.
PhillGood tickets are not personalised and names will not be checked. Still: do not buy tickets from strangers outside TicketSwap, and never buy wristbands or access items from people on the street - it is a scam 100% of the time.
Do NOT print your ticket - show it on your phone screen or add it to Wallet. Let's help protect the environment.
If you hold a disability certificate, please visit this page so we can try to provide the best experience for you. There are wider lanes at the entrances, a platform for people with mobility impairments and accessible toilets in easy-to-reach places.

The comfort and health of our youngest music lovers come first, so we provide professional ear defenders to protect their hearing during the shows.

How to rent them (2026 terms, to be confirmed for 2027):
  • The ear defender point (limited stock!) is at the marked location on the event map
  • Deposit: 20 EUR per day, fully refunded when the ear defenders are returned
  • Important: at the end of each day the ear defenders must be returned to the point. If not returned, the deposit is kept and an additional 10 EUR penalty applies
PhillGood uses reusable cups - “Refill, Reuse, Repeat”. The 2026 terms (to be confirmed for 2027):
  • Get your cup at any bar for a 4 EUR deposit. No fee or deposit for every subsequent use.
  • Use it as many times as you like during each festival day.
  • Keep the cup as a souvenir or return it undamaged to a Cup Point and get 3 EUR back.
The remaining 1 EUR covers professional cleaning, logistics and system maintenance.
