Gates open at 17:30 on all three days. The first concerts start at 18:00, and the programme runs until around 01:45. See the full line-up by day and stage →

Important: this information may be updated - keep an eye on your email.
You can enter at any time after the gates open, but we recommend arriving as early as possible. Most visitors arrive between 19:00 and 21:00 - if you come before that window, you will get through the entrance much faster.
Tickets do not include a parking spot, so we recommend the shuttles and public transport:
  • Sofia - Plovdiv - Sofia shuttle - see the "Shuttles" section below
  • City bus lines 10, 15, 17, 22, 37, 44 pass close to the festival zone

Tickets

You can find tickets for PhillGood 2026: Tickets purchased elsewhere may be invalid - please be careful. Available are 3-day (153.39 € / 300 BGN) and 1-day (99 € / 193.63 BGN) tickets, as well as camping and caravan options - see the sections below.
Children aged 10 and under (not yet 11) enter without a ticket, always accompanied by an adult. If the accompanying adult is NOT a parent, an Accompaniment declaration must be filled in (see also the "Documents" section at the bottom).

Please note that free entry for children does NOT apply to VIP and other specialised zones - there, everyone must hold a ticket regardless of age.
According to the Terms and Conditions of the organiser Fest Team, which you agree to at purchase, tickets are non-refundable. You can offer yours on the only secure resale platform - TicketSwap.
PhillGood 2026 tickets are not personalised and names will not be checked. Nevertheless: do not buy tickets from strangers outside the TicketSwap platform, and never buy wristbands or access items from people on the street - in 100% of cases this is a scam.
DO NOT print your ticket - show it on your smartphone screen or load it into Wallet. Let's help protect nature together 🙂
If you hold a disability certificate, you can visit this page so we can try to ensure the best possible experience for you. Wider lanes at the entrances and accessible toilets in easy-to-reach locations are provided.

Yes - the festival grounds will have a storage zone for personal belongings, where you can leave items that are not allowed inside the event area. The zone will be marked on the festival map. Please note the service is paid. We recommend checking the list of forbidden items before visiting us.
On each festival day, a dedicated lane for re-entry and exit will be organised in case of need. You can take advantage of this option, for example if you need to drop the kid off at grandma's when it's bedtime :), or if you forgot something in the car. Our colleagues on site will assist you with exact directions and will be expecting you back 🙂
Photography is allowed ONLY with a phone or a point-and-shoot camera (without interchangeable lenses). Bringing in professional or semi-professional photo/video equipment is forbidden. The use of drones is explicitly forbidden.
There is plenty of seating around the stages, so bringing extra chairs is not allowed, unless your condition requires it. Baby strollers are not forbidden, but keep in mind that the sound is very loud and can seriously damage a child's hearing.

Payments and misc

Payments in the food zones are contactless only - with your personal contactless card, regardless of issuer (incl. Revolut), phone or watch. Payments in the merch zone can be made in cash or by bank card. We warmly recommend bringing your personal contactless card. Payments are supported by UBB and Mastercard.
Yes - several medical teams will be positioned across the festival grounds. Check the information boards for their locations, so you are prepared in case of need.
Your PhillGood ticket does not include a parking spot, and parking near the festival is limited. We warmly recommend public transport, the shuttles or a taxi.
The comfort and health of our mini music lovers come first, so we have prepared professional ear defenders to protect their hearing during the performances.

How can you rent them?
  • You will find our ear defender point (limited availability!) at the marked spot on the event map.
  • Deposit: 20 € / 39.12 BGN per day (fully refunded when the ear defenders are returned)
  • Important: To ensure maximum comfort and equal access, we kindly ask that the ear defenders be returned to their point at the end of each day. If they are not returned, the deposit is withheld and an additional penalty of 10 € / 19.56 BGN is due.

During PhillGood you can take advantage of special limited-edition reusable festival cups.

  • Grab your cup from any bar at the Main or Phillcool stage for a deposit of 4 € / 7.82 BGN. For every second and subsequent use of the cup you owe no fee or deposit.
  • Reuse it throughout every festival day, as many times as you like.
  • Keep the cup as a souvenir after the festival, or return it intact and undamaged at a Cup Point. You will get 3 € / 5.87 BGN of its value back.
The remaining 1 € / 1.96 BGN covers the costs of professional cleaning, logistics and system maintenance.
Write to us at info@festteam.bg or on our official Facebook page - we regularly monitor all comments, opinions and questions.
