We can't wait to see you! Three days, three stages and encounters with beloved artists - but what matters most is that we get to meet you. We've gathered the essentials about the event in one place, so you can check everything calmly before you set off.

DO NOT print your ticket - show it on your smartphone screen or load it into Wallet. Let's help protect nature together 🙂
- 3-day ticket: 153.39 € / 300 BGN · 1-day: 99 € / 193.63 BGN - online from Ticket Station
- Children aged 10 and under (not yet 11) enter free of charge, always accompanied by an adult
- Visitors under 18 must come with an accompanying adult; if the adult is not a parent, an accompaniment declaration must be filled in (button below)
- Can't make it? Tickets are non-refundable, but you can offer yours on the only secure resale platform - TicketSwap
- Tickets are not personalised, but don't buy from strangers outside TicketSwap and never buy wristbands or access items on the street - in 100% of cases this is a scam
When and where to arrive
Gates open at 17:30 on all three days. The first concerts start at 18:00, and the programme runs until around 01:45.
You can enter at any time after the gates open, but we recommend arriving as early as possible. Most visitors arrive between 19:00 and 21:00 - if you come before that window, you'll get through the entrance much faster.
On each festival day there will be a dedicated lane for re-entry if you need to leave and come back - our colleagues on site will assist you and will be expecting you back 🙂
Shuttles and transfers
Your PhillGood ticket does not include a parking spot, and parking near the festival is limited. We warmly recommend the shuttles, public transport or a taxi.

- Be at the stop at least 10 minutes before the departure time, so that boarding goes quickly and smoothly

By public transport: bus lines 10, 15, 17, 22, 37 and 44 pass close to the festival zone.
For the campers
Tent camping tickets are sold out. If you already have yours - here's what matters most:
- Three nights included: check-in after 14:00 on 17 July, stay until 12:00 on 20 July (Monday)
- Controlled access and security · WC, showers and sinks · access to electricity · a spot for your tent of up to 15 sq. m
- You can drive in to unload and set up your gear
- The camping ticket does NOT grant access to the festival zone - a valid 3-day or VIP ticket, purchased separately, is required. Holders of 1-day tickets cannot check in
Key rules of the zone: follow the staff's instructions; don't leave valuables unattended; cooking and open fires are prohibited; no sharp objects, gas canisters or loud sound equipment; no pets (with the exception of guide dogs); no vehicles on the territory of the zone.
By caravan or camper
Right next to the festival zone, a park for caravans and campers awaits you. The ticket is 60 € / 117.35 BGN per caravan/camper and includes three nights: check-in after 14:00 on 17 July, stay until 12:00 on 20 July (Monday). Capacity is limited.
- Available on site: access control, cassette toilet disposal points, lighting
- The zone has NO electricity, running water, showers or sinks - please arrange for your own needs
- Access is via Maritsa Blvd - our colleagues will assist you with checking in
- The zone ticket does NOT grant access to the festival - a 3-day pass is purchased separately and is an explicit condition for using the park. Holders of 1-day tickets cannot check in
What (not) to bring
- A plastic water bottle of up to 0.75 L (the cap is removed at the entrance)
- Sunscreen; insect repellent - NOT in aerosol form
- Power bank; lighter; cigarettes/e-cigarettes
- Medication (asthma inhaler, pills, etc.); contact lens solution; hand sanitiser
- Insulin syringe (with a very short needle, maximum 1 pc.) and a small bottle of insulin
- Baby stroller/carrier
- Backpacks and bags over 15 L (roughly 35x25x12 cm)
- Umbrellas - if it rains, bring a raincoat (also sold on site)
- Outside food and alcohol (exception: baby food); glass and plastic containers and bottles
- Weapons and self-defence items; flammable substances and aerosols; narcotic substances
- Chairs, mats, sleeping bags, tents; bicycles, scooters and other vehicles
- Professional photo/video equipment, incl. GoPro; drones are strictly forbidden - shoot with your phone or a point-and-shoot camera
A storage zone for personal belongings (paid service) will operate on the festival grounds, where you can leave items that are not allowed inside the venue. You'll find it marked on the map.
Pay contactless
Payments in the food zones and at the bars are contactless only - with your personal contactless card, regardless of issuer (incl. Revolut), with your phone or watch.
Payments in the merch zone can be made in cash or by bank card. We warmly recommend cashless payments. All operations are supported by UBB and Mastercard.

- Reuse it throughout every festival day - no new fee or deposit
- Keep it as a souvenir or return it undamaged at a Cup Point and get 3 € / 5.87 BGN back. The remaining 1 € / 1.96 BGN covers professional cleaning and logistics
Your Mastercard® festival
Pay with Mastercard® at all bars during PhillGood 2026 and you can get up to 10% cashback. Register once at priceless.com/den, pay with Mastercard and expect 10% cashback back into your account. With a single registration you take part in the cashback for all days of the event. The registration page is available in Bulgarian.

During PhillGood 2026 all visitors will be able to purchase items from the official merch of the performing artists, as well as the PhillGood 2026 festival merch - T-shirts, hats, bags and accessories from the festival collection. The online shop is available in Bulgarian; the full collection will also be available on site.
We've got you covered
- Medical teams: several medical points will be positioned across the festival grounds - you'll find their locations on the information boards and on the map
- Ear defenders for the mini music lovers: professional ear defenders protect the hearing of the youngest. Rent a pair from the designated point for a deposit of 20 € / 39.12 BGN per day (fully refunded upon return). Limited availability! If not returned by the end of the day, the deposit is withheld and a penalty of 10 € / 19.56 BGN is due
- Festival Cups: Get your limited edition reusable festival cup at the bars for a deposit of €4 (7.82 BGN) and use it unlimited times with no extra fees during the event. Afterwards, you can keep it as a souvenir or return it undamaged to a Cup Point to get a €3 (5.87 BGN) refund. The remaining amount covers the mandatory costs for professional cleaning and logistics.
